CLIENT CONTRACT

GuideWireRN LLC

 

  1. Introduction & Purpose

This Online Coaching Agreement is entered into by and between GuideWireRN LLC and the client participating in any purchased program from GuideWireRN LLC. This Agreement is made for the purpose of outlining the terms and conditions of online coaching services provided by the Coach to the Client.

  1. Scope of Services

Under this Agreement, the Coach agrees to provide online coaching services to the Client, as described in the specific coaching package chosen by the Client. The details of the coaching package, such as the number of sessions, duration of each session, and the specific focus areas of the coaching, will be detailed in Coaching Package Details.

  1. Delivery of Services

Coaching services will be provided online through [specific platform e.g., WhatsApp, GoogleMeet], or other mutually agreed upon virtual means. The Coach will provide the Client with necessary information to access the online coaching sessions. The Client is responsible for having an adequate internet connection and the necessary equipment to participate in the online sessions.

  1. Scheduling and Rescheduling

All session appointments must be scheduled in advance by the Client. If a Client needs to reschedule a session, he or she must notify the Coach at least 48 hours in advance. If the Client fails to notify the Coach within this time frame, the session will be considered as completed.

  1. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Coach for the coaching services as stated with each package. All payments are due before the start of the coaching sessions. Payments can be made by credit card.

  1. Confidentiality

GuideWireRN LLC will keep all information shared by the Client confidential, except as required by law or agreed upon in writing. The Client agrees to keep all coaching materials and content confidential, unless GuideWireRN LLC provides written permission otherwise. Virtual meetings are prohibited from being recorded.

  1. Intellectual Property

All materials and content provided by the Coach, including but not limited to electronic books, worksheets, documents, videos, and coaching techniques, are the intellectual property of GuideWireRN LLC. The Client agrees not to distribute, reproduce, or share these materials without the prior written consent of the GuideWireRN LLC. Failure to comply will result in legal action.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Client acknowledges that coaching is not a substitute for professional advice such as medical, psychological, legal or financial. The Client agrees to seek professional advice for such matters. The Coach will not be liable for any injury, illness or actions taken by the Client as a result of coaching services. Client results from coaching services are not guaranteed, therefore the client may not hold GuideWireRN LLC liable for dissatisfaction of client achievement. 

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with a written notice of 10 days. Upon termination, the Coach will stop providing coaching services. Program packages are non-refundable even with termination of service. If the client elected to purchase individual coaching sessions, the Client will pay for any services rendered up to the point of termination.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA. Any disagreements or disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Massachusetts USA.

 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT 

You the client and any participant for which you are purchasing any program from GuideWireRN LLC, agree to be legally bound by the terms in this agreement by acknowledging you have reviewed them in their entirety, by checking an acknowledgement box at checkout. By checking the terms and agreement acknowledgment box, you are virtually signing below, to represent that both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
