As a Nurse Health Consultant, I am here to not only facilitate personal growth but teach you to hold YOURSELF accountable. Yes, that’s right . . . I’m here to reset your foundational self-control, self worth and motivation to stay the course and see that result you’ve been longing for. In this program, I will cover the basics to give you the foundational tools you will build on throughout your health journey. This program is designed to be completely personalized to anyone’s diet, exercise interests or current schedule. Here at GuideWireRN, everyday is a fresh start to get it right. Consistency is everything, but so is giving yourself grace and putting one foot in front of the other despite what life throws at you. I will provide you with a breakdown of goals that take you through each phase. This course is designed to wear-wash-repeat. Sometimes we have setbacks or relapses and that’s just a part of life. If you find yourself stuck or going backwards, all you have to do is go back to phase one and start mastering each phase again until you are back on course to crush your goals. You will find getting back on track is much easier after already having gone through the initial growing pains. Buckle up Buttercup, it’s time to do this!
This course will not only focus on nutrition and movement, but will also do a deep dive into you as a whole. How are you treating yourself currently? What factors have made it difficult for you to achieve your health goals prior to this? Perhaps you were never taught a healthy lifestyle in your younger years, or you put your focus so heavily on taking care of others that you have neglected your own needs. Does any of this sound familiar? This program will walk you through the aspects of health that are often overlooked by weight loss programs and approach change by evaluating all the factors that are affecting how you feel today. Our bodies are complex and have so many moving parts both literally and figuratively. If we choose to only address one or two areas in need of improvement, we are still left with other areas that are unattended to. In order to make and sustain change, it is imperative to address each piece that makes you whole.
What Is Health Consulting?
Health consulting is a personalized approach to evaluating a client’s current state, discussing their vision, and then applying professional knowledge to develop a plan to achieve their goals. Everyone has their own unique circumstances. As a health consultant, I will evaluate you as a whole and guide you to where you want to be.
What is The Process Like?
GuideWireRN offers multiple programs to fit anyone’s needs. The process of each program varies slightly depending on if you plan to work independently with the Jump Start Guide or choose to work one on one with me.
1. Explore your options.
Consider if you want to do a self-study, work with a team of friends, or work one on one with a consultant.
2. Reach out.

3. Read over the policy.
Please visit the Policy page and read over the documents included. This is extremely important that you as the client understand and acknowledge the terms of agreement and disclosure. You will be asked to acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms during the checkout process prior to being able to place your order.
4. Select and purchase your desired program.
Simply add it to your cart and check out! Commitment can be scary but it’s actually so exciting that you are determined to do this! One of the best ways to persevere, is to be held accountable.
5. Schedule our first meeting.
Let’s get to work! While every meeting will be important, the first is the most important. Your first meeting with me must be scheduled within 2 weeks from date of purchase. I set this standard to hold you accountable to your commitment. Delaying the start of your journey has the potential to exponentially decrease the motivation you are feeling right now. We must grab ahold of this desire and run with it!
What is the Jump Start Guide?
The Jump Start Guide is a program aimed at weight loss by evaluating each element of your life holistically. It takes a different approach to improving your physical wellness by visiting each important factor not typically considered in most programs. This is not a diet. It takes basic concepts and teaches you how to apply and implement them to your own unique circumstances. The Jump Start Guide discusses healthy nutrition, movement, stress reduction, sleep improvement, adequate hydration, self-care and ways to trouble shoot what is preventing success. It gives you the framework to evaluate your starting point and how to move forward. The program consists of 9 different phases that are broken down into weekly goals. It is meant to be read in it’s entirety and then reviewed in sections as instructed within each week. The purpose of this guide is to allow you to form lifelong healthy habits that will forever be a work in progress. It will teach you to strive for progress over perfection and the value of consistency. If you have been struggling with weight loss, and have tried other programs without success, you have finally found your guide. Take a leap of faith and trust the process. The Jump Start Guide will show you the way, you just have to decide to start!

About Me
Welcome, let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Rachel. I have built my career around health. My professional experience have included the dental field, massage therapy, EMT -first responder and 15 years as a Registered Nurse working in community health, emergency and critical care. My different vantage points throughout my professional lifetime, have given me a first hand account of the damage that can be done to a persons life, when preventable health conditions are not being prioritized.
I am the mom of 3 very active children and a bit of backyard farmer. I have persevered through numerous challenges in my life and have found strength in determination. I’ve come to realize that it’s never too late. When you prioritize your health and wellness, life get’s so much better. As a caregiver both in and out of work, I forgot that I was in need of care too. Once I put in the effort for myself, and started developing healthy habits, my life changed dramatically. Now, I’m so excited and honored to help others do the same!
